Her for­mal edu­ca­tion includes a degree in Busi­ness, as well as addi­tional degrees in Human Resource Man­age­ment and Soci­ol­ogy.  She has also stud­ied Web-design and Man­age­ment Infor­ma­tion Systems.


Phillis has held var­i­ous Project Man­age­ment and Project Admin­is­tra­tor posi­tions through­out her work­ing life and has now tran­si­tioned into a life of Vir­tual Man­age­ment and Life Coaching.
